I authorize Innovative Labeling Solutions to hold this credit card on file to be used for all future orders until otherwise notified by me or another authorized company representative. I understand that this card will be charged upon placement of my order. Any amount due for overages, freight, or other charges not on the original order summary will be an additional payment processed at the time of shipment. I agree to pay all charges associated with my order. Should my credit card transaction be declined, I understand that this could delay the production and / or shipment of my order. Should my credit card transaction be declined once services have been performed, I also agree to pay all collection costs incurred to collect the account balance, including court costs, collection fees, and / or attorney fees of not less than 25% of the unpaid balance, plus interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
