Innovative Labeling Solutions is a 2020 Goering Center Family and Private Business Award Honoree

University of Cincinnati Goering Center for Family and Private Business honors Innovative Labeling Solutions as part of its 21st annual awards

CINCINNATI, Ohio — Sept. 22, 2020 — Innovative Labeling Solutions has been honored with a University of Cincinnati Goering Center Family and Private Business Award.

The annual Goering Center Family and Private Business Awards recognizes successful family and privately-owned businesses that are critical to the sustained vibrancy of Greater Cincinnati’s economy.

Since 1996, Innovative Labeling Solutions (ILS) has been delivering high quality, digitally printed labels, shrink sleeves and flexile packaging to customer across a range of industries including: food and beverage, nutritional supplements, medical products, household goods and more.

“Thank you to the Goering Center and the committee for selecting our story,” said Jay Dollries President and CEO of ILS. “This year has truly been about resiliency and taking a team approach, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be recognized for the role we play in our community. Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists!”

The Goering Center Family and Private Business Awards showcases the unique successes of Greater Cincinnati’s family and private businesses that have innovated or adapted best business practices while contributing to our economic and community growth.

This annual recognition program is in its 21st year, and typically honors Cincinnati regional businesses that exemplify the best in family and private business practices. This year, with the advent of Covid-19, and the immense challenges it brought with it, the awards criteria focused specifically on stories of innovation, resilience, tenacity and compassion.

Innovative Labeling Solutions was evaluated by an independent panel of judges and was selected as one of only 10 honorees to receive this prestigious award.

There are an estimated 4,500 family and private businesses in the Cincinnati region, more than 400 of which are members of the Goering Center for Family and Private Business. However, membership to the Goering Center is not a prerequisite for the awards or for nomination, making this an even more powerful a statement and achievement for Innovative Labeling Solutions.
